 About Me |
I'm brazilian and I have lived in my city since when I was born. I live with my parents and I have a younger and a older sister. When I was 1 year old I started school. My school was formed by parents and teachers of another school 26 years ago. There propose was to make a school where everyone- parents, educators, functionaries and students- would work together, forming a community. They were always worried about showing us different points of views of different subjects to form critic citizens. I studied there until last year when I finished my high school. Now, I'm studying Law in a University here at my town. I'm also part, since 1995, of an independent, non-political volunteer organization, that promotes peace education and cross-cultural friendship- Children's International Summer Village, CISV. I've already been part of 4 international camps and 2 international interchanges, besides national camps. We get the chance to meet people from all over the world, learn to live with different cultures and point of views, discuss about the world situation. CISV has really become an important part of my life.
Besides this, I also love dancing, going out, talking, swimming, travelling, meeting new people. I take ballet classes and play the piano for 12 years. I love learning languages. I can speak Portuguese, English and Spanish. I started learning German but I had to quit it and I don't know much about it!
