 About Me |
I am a Junior Politics/Environmental Studies major at Whitman College who is passionate about finding ways of promoting renewable energy in developing countries as a way to encourage sustainable development and mitigate global warming. I recently spent a summer in Kenya helping to design a biodigester project to promote biogas (natural gas produced from cow dung and vegetable waste) as an alternative source of energy to wood harvested from the rainforest.
