Founder and CEO of the WHL Group (www.whl-group.com). I have spent 30+ years in general management/CEO roles in the international trade services area and over the past 10 years have worked extensively in utilising the Internet to facilitate trade from emerging economies.
Prior to establishing the WHL Group, I managed my own consulting practice in South-East Asia (Myall Consulting) working for the World Bank and others, and prior to this was CEO of Meet World Trade Inc. (a large US based Internet trade services group) with operations in the US, China, Thailand, India and Korea.
I was previously Senior Vice President of the SGS Group (based in Geneva) and Head of eCommerce for the group. Most of these roles involved work in e-enabling trade services in developing economies. I am a native Australian but have spent over twenty years living/working abroad in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America.
