About Me

I am Quimberly Hyacinth M. Villamer, currently 17 years old and will be turning 18 this coming November 3. My friends call me “Kym”, “Kymmy” or “Kympoy”. I come from a big average family. My parents are currently in the United States of America. We are seven siblings and I am the youngest. I have always regarded Social Sciences as my favorite subject in school. I have passion for music- I am a singer and dancer. I am also into sports- I swim and play volleyball. I love literature so reading and writing poetry are just some of my hobbies. Most of all, I love global issues and service that’s why I am into writing, debating and leadership. I am a great believer of the Roman Catholic Faith but I also definitely give appreciation to other beliefs. I am an open-minded person who’s willing to see the veracity and share my blessings to my co-creatures.
I am very passionate about awareness on social issues and addressing them. Even in the absence of formal education for one year due to unavoidable circumstances, I am continuously training myself to be competitive enough to transcend and be an inspiration to the youth. I have been active in different organizations whose visions and missions were almost the same as the Young People We Care’s. I have always been assertive in dealing with my ironies-curiosity and convictions. I never stop looking for answers to my question especially when it has something to do with my principle. I have always been valorous when I fight for what is best and right. I never stop trying unless God tells me to do so. I may seem very serious in my passion but I am proud to say that I can be a friend to anyone. I can offer the biggest part of me for as long as I know that it is God’s will that I am tagging along.
