 About Me |
I attended the "feminist advocacy training" at Loloata Island, Port Moresby in July.
It was a very fruitful experience, and PNG is a beautiful diverse place.
Learning from women in the region was very inspiring and a lot of fun.
Themes of discussion and learning were around sexual and reproductive health and rights, political restructuring and social transformation, the political economy of globalisation, and political ecology and sustainability.
I would like to call myself "A more informed feminist". And also realise the significance of keeping INFORMED ALL OF THE TIME and not when it suits me.
