 About Me |
I graduated from AUB with a MSc degree in Population Studies and a BSc in Environmental Health, honored the Penrose Award in recognition for the best combination of qualities of scholarship, character, leadership and contribution to the University life.
I moved to work as a UNV for the United Nations Development Program in Lebanon, after 2 years of fulfilling the role of a research Assistant at AUB. Then, I was assigned to Coordinate the activities of the International Years of Volunteers 2001, participated in initiating, and represented the program in, the National Committee for Volunteering. During these years, I participated in many workshops and seminars nationally and internationally (International Symposium on Volunteering-2001, Education a la Citoyente series of workshops in Paris, Berlin and Beirut, among others). I spent the year 2002 with UNICEF as Assistant for the Youth Programme, in addition to other volunteer activities.
