 About Me |
My name is Julien Lacasse and I’m from Quebec, Canada. I’m 18 years old and I’m studying in social sciences at Lionel-Groulx College. The characteristic that best describes me is my active side. I really enjoy bicycle riding. I am very sensitive to environmental causes, that’s why I’ve got no car and I make most of my travels cycling. I really think that people are too dependent of their cars and I’m convinced that it is possible to live without them. That’s why I do my traveling on my bike. In high school, I used to work for EVB, a movement initiated in Quebec in the early 1990's. EVB’s main concerns are sharing, cooperation, fairness, solidarity, respect, peace and human rights. These are values that matter to me.
