About Me

Hello! My name is Jennell Lewis and I am a 17 year old girl who wants to help the world around me, yet I'm not sure where I could be the most effective. I've always been compassionate about world poverty, AIDS, and just everything having to do with the world and it's people. I feel that all should be born into a lifestyle that enables one to determine there course of life on there own. It's devestating and painfull to acknowledge that many in this world do not get a fair shake at life,liberity, and happiness. I've been one to sit behind the screen and watch the corruption around me, vowing to one day make a difference. Now, I say that I'm well old enough to start making a difference in this world and I am opening a Awareness Chapter at my school next year. I am fascinated by the kind hearted people that dedicate their lives to such humane and amazing causes. To realize an unfair situation and take compassion in it so much so that one begins fighting selflessly with no remorse for what "good-life" they may have temperaily left behind, is amazing and they are blessed persons.I've always felt in my heart that I could and will make a positive difference in the world with the help of God's hand. Although, I am slightly embarressed to say that I have done little to help any cause when so many of you have done wonders to help tons at such young ages. None the less I am starting on my pathway to help better the situations of others. My skills include writing and charisma, I am a journalist and homecoming queen, and I hope with my ability to tell the unbiased truth in a way that people will listen, and my, I like to thinking, "comforting and easy perosnality," I willwith others, undoubtably reach tons in efforts to change the way the world is today. Graduating highschool in May 2007 and majoring in Journalism and International Relations with proficiency in Spanish, French and hopefully Arabic, I plan to use the talents God has given me to work with others who posses the same ambitious as mine, which is, To better the world for all who reside in it!
