About Me

I am Joyce wanja from kenya and I am currently working in scotland as a child minder. 2004 I was in switzerland in a village by the name burtigny studying DTS. One thing I loved about switzerland was the whole experience of there rich diversed culture. i have been to Dubai and tanzania too though I didnt get to explore there culture since I was in a short stay

Before I left switzerland I had in mind to volunteer in a children's home in kenya and that i accomplished. I volunteered for 4 months and It was a good to know how other children think of life. The name of the children's home I volunteered was Imani children's home.
In between 2005 and 2006 I have been working here and there in kenya. Life Is good when you get to help someone who has loosed hope in life.i join the school next year i am planning to volunteer anywhere there are children.Life us good when you get to help someone or a child who has loosed hope in life. May it be just an encouraging words or generous moral support. I want to do something massive that will make a difference in someones life.

My hobbies are traveling,dancing, giving a helping hand, cooking, gardening, surfing through the net, listening to music and laughing. It weird but I love laughing if I dont laugh I feel like something special has been taken away from me.

My wildest dream is to make use of the land that my father left by building an orphanage.I know it is a big task and I still believe I am a determined person even if sometimes I get low self- esteem when discouraged. I wont let any hardship hinder my ambition.
