Hola :)...
De profesión soy bailarina y maestra. Mi especialidad es danza contemporánea pero practico otros estilos como ballet, danza española y recientemente danza hindú. Me gusta mucho crear coreografias de vez en cuando. También toco el piano , música clásica..aunque algún dia, cuando haya suficiente inspiración, me gustaria tocar composiciones propias...Me interesa mucho el poner mi granito de arena al presentar mensajes de consciencia y evolución a través de la danza, la musica...el arte en general... Pienso que es un medio muy importante, profundo y universal para ello. Desde hace un tiempo encontré un camino el cual está haciendo más clara esta visión, a través de una meditación que se llama Sahaja Yoga. Con ella, poco a poco me voy conociendo interiormente a profundidad y también empiezo a comprender de la misma manera a las personas y eventos a mi alrededor... De esta forma, estoy encontrando mas inspiración e ideas claras para sinceramente compartir con los demás, por medio de la danza, lo aprendido...
Me gusta conocer y aprender de culturas y personas de todo el mundo...Y me he dado cuenta de que algo que nos une a todos como seres humanos,no importando de que lugar seamos, es el Espiritu...nuestra esencia. Asi que a traves de esta conexion, me gustaria compartir y aprender de todos ustedes.
I am a dancer and teacher. My speciality is modern dance but i also practice other styles like ballet, spanish dance and recently indian dance. I enjoy very much creating choreographies. I also play the piano, mainly classical, but one day, when there is enough inspiration, i'd like to play my own compositions. I am very interested in contributing something positive by sharing messages of conscience and evolution through dance, through music...through art in general. I feel that they are profound and universal mediums for it. For some time now, I have found a path which is making clearer this vision. This is through a meditation called Sahaja Yoga which is helping me to know myself internally in a better and deeper way...and in the same way it is helping to understand the people and events in my surroundings...So i am finding more inspiration and ideas to sincerely share with others, through dance, the things learned and lived... I enjoy meeting and learning from other cultures and people around the world. I've realized that something that unites us all as human beings, is our Spirit, our essence. And so , through this connection, i'd like to share and learn from all of you.
