I am 40 years old and work as a marketing professional for the YMCA of Greater Toronto. My area of work focuses primarily on youth employment, however there are a host of other employment and community services programs I work with as well. I worked as a producer in the video producing biz for quite some time. I have always been on the creative end of the work-which is exciting. I have a passion for young people and what they bring to the table. Like myself, I believe that anything is possible in life. Growing up was not easy for me. I have never forgotten the strength it takes to believe that you can be anything you set your mind to, including changing your world. Dreams are not to be taken lightly-they are the truth and basis of change-if you stop dreaming your world will stop existing. Imagination, hope, belief, desire....and of course creative/positive action and expression are to me the keys of change. I am very excited about the change I see happening with youth today and TIG is an intergral player in that change. Other then that I have a cat, MR BEAN, I love every sport you can think of and enjoy the arts. I hope more people my age sign in and learn more about young people everywhere.-jax
