Over Mij

I am a Cree/Métis Indigenous person from Lac La Biche, Alberta with a set of beautiful 2 1/2 year old twin daughters and an 11 month-old baby boy. I have worked with several different Aboriginal organizations in Canada with a focus on youth and Indigenous Knowledge both traditional and contemporary. In the past I was an advisor to the Canadian Minister on Multiculturalism for the World Conference Against Racism. Currently, I am taking an MA in Canadian Studies and I am involved with the Canadian Race Relation's Foundation Youth Advisory Council as well as the Department of Canadian Heritages National Gatherings on Traditional Aboriginal Knowledge and a North American representative for the CONGO YAC.
