About Me

I believe in determination, focus and hard work always. I began my work in HIV/AIDS and sexual reproductive health and rights as a volunteer for the organization Tanzania Youth Alliance on 2008 when i was in O level Studies. I had taken a couple of leadership roles during my A levels studies and active participation in various associations in school such as AIDS clubs, UN, Debate Club, Music Club, Human Rights Club,School Band and Anti corruption Club.

As a result of my dedication, she was chosen by the Government of Tanzania to represent youth at the United Nations General Assembly Special Session on HIV/AIDS High Level Meetings in 2011 in New York.
I'm pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing at University of Dar es Salaam.

I am the current First National Focal Point for Tanzania for the Global Youth Coalition on HIV/AIDS.Since then i have been representing my country in Various international such as the Southern Africa AIDS Trust in Johannesburg, Regional Youth Conference on Southern and Eastern Africa in Malawi, The 3rd Pan African Youth Summit on the United Nations Leaders in Burkina Faso. Some of the National Meeting include various country validation meetings on different issues such as SHR and Young adolescence, Young leadership and HIV/AIDS issues.

Im currently working on a volunteering organization i started called Gtolee which deals with provision of volunteers on different fields to different organizations to promote youth engagement.
Most of my works are supported by UNAIDS, Tanzania Commission for AIDS (TACAIDS) and the Tanzania Youth Alliance (TAYOA).
