About Me

I am a second year student at McGill University in Montreal Quebec, completing my major in International Development, and double minor in International Relations and Spanish. I learn about developing nations everyday in my studies, and since traveling to Ecuador with Habitat for Humanity in high school, I've been longing to go abroad once more to work in the field of development.

Previous summers I've been rooted in my hometown of Halifax, Nova Scotia, playing soccer competitively and working at local shops. I enjoy hot yoga, soccer, languages, travel, vegetarianism, animals, and creating art.

Currently, I am preparing to embark on a 5 week trip to Guyana with Youth Challenge International. Here I hope to immerse myself in a different culture while adopting a leadership role to educate youth in HIV/AIDs awareness and literacy.

The purpose of this page is publicize my individual fundraising goal of $3000, which must be met in order to complete this journey.
