ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. Research and development of a community profile, development Problems, constraints and potentials for Mansie, kintampo, 1999,2000 and subsequently developed a development intervention proposal in 2001.
In the above two-research work, in which I served as an assistant team leader, I participated in questionnaire design, administering questionnaire, facilitating focus group discussions, analysis of findings, report writing and workshop presentation of findings.
2. Rapid project appraisal for the Northern Ghana peace project- Damongo, 2002.In this work, I raised the research team, participated in data gathering and analysis.
3. End of Project evaluation for the Northern Ghana Peace project, July 2003.
In this work, I participated in the data gathering, analysis and workshop presentation of findings. The Catholic Relief Services-Ghana contracted this work to the Development Alternative Services Foundation-Ghana.
4. Supervision and provision of technical support to 6 Districts in the Upper East Region in the preparation of their District Wide Assistance Project (DWAP) proposals. A CIDA sponsored project. 2003/2004.
5. . Supervision and provision of technical support to 6 Districts in the Upper East Region in the preparation of their District Development review Reports and presented at the Upper East Regional Development Review Conference in August 2004.
6. Co-facilitated Analysis of District Gender strategies Workshops in 14 Districts in Upper East, Upper West and Northern Regions.
7. Contributed to the development of a Gender Mainstreaming in Local Government Course training manual and served as a facilitator during the training for District level staff in northern Ghana, February 2005.
8. Developed and delivered Management and Administration Training for District Water and Sanitation Team (DWST) members in the three northern regions of Ghana, March 2005.
9. Facilitator, Decentralized Poverty M&E training for District Poverty Monitoring Groups (DPMG) for 6 Districts in April 2005.
10. Preparation of Talensi-Nabdam District Annual Action Plan (AAP) for 2005 in the context of the GPRS. May 2005.

1.Quality Assistant (Reports to Quality Manager)

Duties/Functions
• Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, and financials.
• Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products.

• Monitor performance in relevant areas according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advice/assist according to performance levels.
• Monitor and inform/communicate/apply standards created/maintained by external bodies and integrate within internal quality management systems.

• Assist the Chief planning officer to manage the RPCU secretariat on daily basis.
• Ensures the RPCU’s operations (minutes and reports) are documented.
• Training District level staff in gender mainstreaming and Management issues.
• Training and monitoring Decentralised Poverty Monitoring in Districts
• Participates in District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) Monitoring in the region. Supervises Districts in implementing various donor funded projects.
• Serves as liaison between RPCU and DISCAP; etc.

Supervising Community volunteers in documenting child survival issues and tracking defaulting children in immunizations, etc.
