Mr. Shafiullah Al Munir is Energetic, Creative, Promising & Young Human Rights Worker, Researcher and Development Practitioner. At Present he is working as CEO, Index. His habituation to work with on poverty alleviation and missing poor. His experience cover areas like Social Mobilization and Development; NGO in local government, gender; education and micro-credit. He has been responsible for writing report and monitor the project. Mr. Shafiullah has a deep understanding on politics, economic, culture and social issues in Bangladesh. He worked in many NGOs related project development, those jobs included project management, staff development, organize studies, design, development and field test survey instruments, guide and supervise field survey, design output tables, interpret data, organize training programs, prepare and finalize the report.
