About Me

The initiative Development Now(IDN) is a development
NGO focus to promoting sustainable development against
poverty, working on economic empowerment, Talent hunts,HIV/AIDS and
malaria mainstreaming, Research and documentation,
rehabilitation programmes targeted at bringing
sustainable liveslihood to the vulnerable and slum
dwellers within the mangrove swamp region of the Niger
Delta Region of Nigeria. We are poised to ameliorate
the quality of life of our target area through
community driven, people innovative, participatory
technique and result oriented initiative.

IDN has a board of directors, overseeing by six
members trustees and dedicated team of volunteers
carrying out dat-to -day activities. The organization
is located at NO. 46 Mount Zion Road, Calabar Cross
River State of Nigeria, with its staffing by highly
professional and dedicated workforce. And had been
partneriing, collaborating and networking with other
civil Society coalition within Nigeria and diaspora
having similar vision with that of our group.
