My name is Gulsel Safarova,I am the president Of the Azerbaijan Youth Councel of Europe Collaboration Organization.The main aim of the organization activities is to achieve more development the scientific-cultural and social-public relations which was founded among Azerbaijan and Council of Europe within bilateral cooperation with participation of youth, thus, to get informed about helping own youth to represent and to participate actively in the programs and projects which Council of Europe presents. Our intention of informing you is to entend our relation, to co-operate mutually and to take participation in organizing meetings bilatirally.
