 About Me |
I was Born in Zambia where I started school. I finished my high school in Japan and I'm now at Southern Connecticut State University. Graduated from Southern Connecticut state university with a bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science in 2002. I'm currently pursuing my masters in Business Administration (MBA).I have also lived in Brussels, Belguim. My native language is Ndebele from Zimbabwe and Tonga from Zambia. I can also speak Shona, Zulu, some Japanese and other Zambian languages like Nyanja.
I'm a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Our motto is "with serve to all mankind" has allowed us to reach out within and outside our community. I'm a very open minded person and very social, however, I set goals and limits for everything. I value my family because they have tought me how to treasure my culture. I share my cultural were ever I settle and i'm proud of myself. I love to write. I have been writing for a weekly newspaper at my university. My future plans are to work in international orgarnization or be an ambassador. I will not hesistate to grab any opportunity that comes my way. Right now i'm involved in lots of clubs on campus including Student Government Association (SGA), in which I serve as a public Relations chairperson. Recently, I have been one of 13 people selected for Whose Who among College Students in America for the year 2002.
There are many issues and problems surrounding our society today. As youths we need to stand up before it's too late and set an example. We all have the potential to change things in life it's a mater when and how.
