About Me   About Me
Passionate extrovert who believes that the world is really a big map of local identities. We are not connected because we are here by mere chance; we are connected because we are an integral part of the universal web of suffering, joy, success and failure.

It is only when we firmly understand that we do not exist in isolation, nor do we exist at the center of the circle, and that we are autonomous actors shaping and molding the earth and the lives of each other, can we get to a place of true activism.

Today my greatest passion is Women and Children's Rights. Women bear the brunt of political, religious, social and economical forces and circumstances; the myriad of issues that they (we) are forced to endure and survive is beyond my comprehension. Insha'Allah, one day my work will lead me to the fore-front of the fight for what we call "human rights".
