 About Me |
Tired and stressed by harsh living conditions of the People in Hakibale Sub-County, Fort Portal, a few friends and I decided to startup an organisation that would provide a glimmer of hope where there seemed to be none. As a group of young boys and girls fresh from University, our ideas gave birth to Give Hope Foundation whose mission is to support and Initiate activities geared to furthering the welfare of humanity through charity and meaningful community participation. We have since trained the rural poor in good agricultural practises that have seen their small farmlands yield enough to eat and sell as well as conserve the enviroment. We have networked with politicians and local businessmen and companies as a result we have been able to build a small clinic at kijura with their support and the community. Our activity beneficiaries are those most in need and despite the fact that we dont have adquate resourses,we shall not rest as the task ahead is enormous and our small contribution will surely make a difference.
