 About Me |
I am an independant consultant with over 15 years experience in developing and providing training to government officials from developing countries in all aspects of development policy planning, execution and evaluation.
I am a specialist on public-private partnerships for infrastructure and social services development and have undertaken a number of studies and animated conferences and workshops for organisations such as the World Bank, the African Development Bank and the European Union.
I am currently serving as Chief of Party on a USAID funded project in Northern Uganda to provide water services to two northern towns (Kitgum and Pader) that have been beset by the 20 year civil war.
