My name is Amer Shahzad I live in Pakistan. I am graduated from Punjab University social work was my major. I have completed my B.th from east West University. Now i am MD of Lachmand and sons Import export comapany and Director of FTNC.

I have worked as a branch Manager in Govt Project of prevention of HIV/Aids and in various other NGOs as well. It was my deep desire to work for the indigenous people. When I see the gypsy families wondering one place to others their children have no future all the day they begging and collect diffident stuff from garbage. Once I have visited one colony of gypsy families these families were stayed near my house. I met their children and said they want to study ? they said yes but we don't have money and also don't have time to get education because we are not stay at one place. Some kids were beggar, few work as a garbage collector, and few children’s were drug seller as well because drug pusher use them for transportation of drugs. So that time I thought I should work for gypsy families to fulfill my this desire I need a platform than I have register my NGO under the name of Focus The Nation Concern. Now I have started Mobile school for gypsy families in evening time all they day they work and in evening time they get free education in mobile schools. FTNC also working to aware people of HIV/Aids through seminars, and work shop, and also running drug treatment center. According to our survey and records in my city 50% injecting drug users are HIV positive which is very alarming. So lot of work need to do in this field as well. Tigweb is very nice place to share ideas and see whats the other people doing.
