The group was formed by young people who are at high risk (orphans) with an aim of disseminating on youth and orphan rights as well as fighting HIV/AIDS and Drug abuse. VISION: Empowered youth / community in managing their health issues. MISSION: To initiate Health Communication interventions and support that will help the community to solve their Health issues and live healthier / healthy. LOCATION We are situated at Joy Arcade Building opp Kiambu Law Courts. ACTIVITIES • Currently we are operating a resource center sponsored by World Information Resource for Education and Development (WIRED) International NGO, where we are offering health information through the computers using CD-ROMs. At no cost. • Out reach program to the disabled. • Organizing Youth sportive activities focusing positive behavior change e.g. Bicycle race. • Provision of condoms to the sexually active and give information on how to use it. • Giving psychosocial support (PSS) to the orphans. • Proving Home Based Care services to the community and referrals. • OVC vocational trainings referrals.
