 About Me |
Mark joined the staff of EarthCorps in March 2003 following two years in the Philippines with Peace Corps at the Palawan Conservation Corps, an EarthCorps partner. Prior to joining EarthCorps, Mark worked with several government agencies spanning parks and recreation, habitat conservation, exotic species control and wildlife research. Under Mark’s tenure, EarthCorps was the first conservation training corps to be designated a J-1 trainee sponsor by the US State Department. He serves on the board of directors at InterConnection. Mark holds a B.S. in Wildlife Biology from Kansas State University and a M.A. in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University.
