 About Me |
I am a global citizen. I was born in Holland, but have lived in Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Fiji, and Canada for most of my life. My home is on Mother Earth. My tribe is the human race.
I love learning about how our world works. I am a student of ecology and the environment. But that is not enough. I want to know how people can live on Earth in harmony. So I am also a dreamer. I dream of healthy communities, renewable energy, and justice for all people. I dream of a vibrant, fully awake civilization where people live in awe of life, and where their wonder for it all is followed by a deep sense of responsibility to take care of our global commons.
I dedicate my life to spiritual unfolding (responsibility), learning the story of the human race (memory), ecological studies (learning), and creating sustainable and vibrant communities (action).
I seek to make contact with those who believe in this new global paradigm of interconnectedness, and who want to share their life and skills to give birth to it.
I am currently working on a sustainable community project in a small rural area in eastern Canada, with a non-profit organization that I helped start. My next dream is to help create sustainable eco-villages in Europe, and to learn to become a storyteller.
