Member of IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Student Associations); Worked in the field of medical education and students' right to a better approach; Coordinated projects in the field of public and sexual health (TB challenge and prevention; and HIV/AIDS). Served as a member of GYP (Global Youth Partners-UNFPA initiative) in HIV/AIDS Advocacy (Advocating the establishment of Anti -AIDS Clubs in Mansoura high schools). Shared in the presentation of the Youth Report (UNGASS, June 2005)evaluating the progress of my country in undertaking the DoC issued by the UNGASS on HIV/AIDS. Received an e-course on ADVOCACY from the UNFPA HQ, and currently a member of the Youth Advisory Panel of the Toronto 2006 XVI international AIDS Conference. Been blessed to be one pioneer member of the GYP-Egypt team. Taking the first step in tackling the issue of HIV/AIDS and bringing alot of the the stigma behind it into the light...
