About Me

Doreen Aninyei is a bilingual PR Consultant with over 5 years working experience in both Nigeria and Cameroon.
Ms Aninyei has developed Marketing, Communications and PR strategies for companies in industries ranging from health, food, telecoms and retail, to banking, finance and education.
She was part of a team of management consultants – STRATEGIES!, who organised the first-ever ‘Job Fair’ in Cameroon in 2004, and was a member of the inaugural team which published the maiden edition of the Superbrands Nigeria Book in 2008.
As Senior Account Manager at Sesema PR – an affiliate of Edelman PR, she was part of the team that handled the press launch of The Palms Shopping Centre – West Africa’s largest shopping mall, and also handled press relations for the 2007 showing of Eve Ensler’s ‘Vagina Monologues’ in Nigeria.
An avid reader and socially responsible individual, Ms Aninyei is presently involved in projects targeted at encouraging young people to read more, and also to consider art as a form of livelihood.
She enjoys listening to classical music, cooking and gardening.
