My name is Katherine "Katy" Futrell, and I am a life long resident of Wake County. Currently, I am a Cadette Girl Scout, and this year, I am working to earn my Silver Award.I love animals. My dog and my cat were both rescues, adopted from local animal shelters. Since I work well with animals, my dream has become to attend the College of Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University and become a veterinarian.
