I have introduced a Research brand called Mystery Banker aimed at assessing the quality of services banks are offering in Malawi. I have sold this idea to my Managing Director and he has bought it.

Leadership and Teamwork.
I have led various projects made up of cross-sectional teams successfully both in the work environment and outside of work. One key project was the Celtel Network Coverage Evaluation Study. I am recognized as the most accurate Research Analyst by our Clients.

Decision Making and Analysis.
I am responsible for coming-up with research methodologies from the research briefs that we get from Clients. Such decision are based on the experience that I have had from the previous studies I have conducted.
