 About Me |
Roots & Shoots is the Jane Goodall Institute's education program and global network of youth who "think globally and act locally." The mandate of the program is to inspire young people to take action on issues that are important to them and to empower them to have a positive impact on their communities. Specifically, the program provides training, resources and support for youth to identify, plan and carry out community projects for people, animals and the environment.
Ultimately our aim is to nurture active, engaged citizens who make positive contributions to their communities.
