I'm Mr. Charls Odhiambo Ogutu. Born in Kisumu and lives in Kisumu.
I joined the Buoye Youth Community and served as the Secertary then to the Chairman later in 2002... Joined the Fish Youth Group and served through many projects like the Home Based Care, Peer Counselling and Youth Leader in the Headquaters representing 6 locations.
I'm presently working with the Education Training and Enterprise Center [EDTEC] Incoperated ICT Facility along the Lake Victoria Region, and the OneVillage Pavillion as the Content Dev. Manager and is also a member of the World Aids Marathon.
I believe in Support and care for the PLWHA's in all aspects of their existance...Be it Emotional, Psychological or............................
