 About Me |
I'm Carolina Echeverria. I'm a theatre practitioner from Argentina who came to the UK two years and a half ago to do a Ma in Applied Theatre in the Community and Drama in Education, to gain more skills and experiences in using theatre as a social tool to develop and empower vulnerbale or marginal groups or communities. I have worked as a freelancer practitioner in different contexts learning intense and wornderful experiences. At the moment I'm teaching drama and Spanish at a High School and carrying out a Drama Project focused on anger management and behaviour improvement with a group of students who are very closed to permanent exclusion.
I'm planning to go back to my country in about a year time to work in Argentina with deprived, iliterate and young offenders.
