About Me

Born and raised in Washington D.C., I plan to be a lawyer, entrepreneur and a social activist. I am currently in my second year of law school. When I graduate, I am planning to open a non-profit organization that involves hip hop music, education, and community activism. I currently run an afterschool program for high school age youth that uses Hip Hop for academic educational instruction. I also co-founded an academic journal and student organization that focuses on Critical Race Theory, a movement to address the way the law is used to further oppression of ethnic minorities in the U.S. As a PanAfricanist, one of my favorite things to do is build coalitions with my brothers and sisters from other nations.
