 About Me |
The objective of this project is to reduce the challenges faced by youth with disabilities during the transition from school to work. It incorporates and applies the concepts of social network development with those of youth engagement and positive youth development. This project builds on PLAN Institute’s experience and deep knowledge of networks and families, and combines with TakingITGlobal’s leadership and expertise in youth engagement and network.
