 About Me |
Upon completion of my studies, I worked for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Kenya and Somalia. I am now studying the potential of ICT for human capacity development in countries engulfed in, or emerging from conflict. I am convinced that ICT can (and should!) contribute to reconstruction processes by helping countries start on new basis; advance democracy, human rights and justice; and make governments more responsive and efficient.
