 Over Mij |
I studied in Finance & Banking, and started career in a commercial Bank as Credit Officer. But I always had a feeling that I am not a corporate kind of character, my area is development and specifically for ICT4D, to promote ICT for the benefit of mass community people living in rural areas.
So, finally I left Bank after long 8 yeras joined in a project called Katalyst. We work for the micro, small and medium enterprises to improve thier livelihood through enterprise compettitiveness. And we used ICT as a tool for the purpose, we facilitated developiing Business Model for Telecenter, awareness building & demand stimulation and services development.
Now, after 4 years of Katalyst experience, I am going to start my own venture title Bangladesh Institute of ICT in Development (BIID). Our core are of focus will be research and development in broader ICT4D and we forsee to become the Center of Excellence in Bangladesh.
