I am graduated as Masters in Computer Sciences and Masters in Business Administration from well reputed universities. I am Information Technology executive/Architect visionary and goal-oriented Senior Executive with demonstrated experience in planning, architecting, developing and implementing cutting edge information technology solutions to address business opportunities,

Develops strategic plans for implementation and operation of client services, product support, quality assurance, and training. Initiate and enforce strict budget controls addressing company needs and promotion of growth.

I have Joined UNICEF in 2001 and played a vital and responsible role in 2001/2002 complex emergencies after 11th September 2001 setting up UNICEF ICT infrastructure in Afghanistan (LAN/WAN, HF/VHF Network Planning and Design, and other core application deployment on UNICEF Standard) He was really instrumental migrating UNICEF email management system from Lotus ccmail to Lotus notes domino infrastructure of 700 users.

In September 2003 i have Joined UN-DPKO (United Nations Department of Peace Keeping Operations) as IT Office and hold the responsibility for the UNAMA IT Section where he was wholly responsible for the email Management of 3000 users and other enterprise MIS “Management information System) he was really instrumental migrating the MIS from the existing lotus notes infrastructure to Distributed application infrastructure. Asmat ULLAH designed the Email management topology for UNAMA in Afghanistan, disaster recovery plans for the offset location and establishing ITSM Enabled helpdesk management system for the UNAMA on the DPKO level. He earned industry certification as well like, MCSE, CCNA, MCP, LCP, VERITAS, Certification and others.

Being the CEO for XALA Technologies i am serving from September 2005 as day-to-day manager overseeing operations and all programs. He is in charge in initiating and spearheading growth strategies, developing the business in order to meet productivity and profitability objectives. He is responsible for business development efforts for technology offerings of XALA Technologies.

directs and manages XALA Technologies development efforts in R&D, infrastructure, support services and training. He architect custom solutions for small / medium / large size business industries and ICT Projects in Wireless, Network Operations Center, Infrastructure networking (LAN/WAN/MAN) security, software development and integrated solutions areas among other.
