Ally-Kebby is the Tanzanian young man of 27 years of age,living in the city of Da Es Salaam, he graduated from the International University of Africa-Zanzibar University College in 2004.
Currently he is persuing a Msc.Natural Resource Assessment and Management at the Institute of Resource Assessment University of Dar Es Salaam.
He is also working with the Youth NGO as a Project cordinator for the PMTCT project covering Kinondoni Municipal.
He as attended numbers of seminars,conferences,workshops and Training both Local and abroad.
He has working in a number of youth project in his country of resident both in schooling period and out of school.
Has been serving as Lead Agency for GYSD from 2000-2004,Earth Day organizer from 2000-2004,Project mentor "Rescue mission 2000".
