Position: Assistant Programme Coordinator. Project Beneficiares: Youths I am a gradute" Bachelor of Science Development Study". Also a Diploma holder in " Conflict Resolutiuon and Peace Study". Over the cople of years, i have demostrated and intensify my effort in youths advocay framework activities nation wide. This has enable me to facilitate youths realization and inclusion in national development and also consistently presented their problems to those concerned in society. To enhance youths recognition, my primary objectives gear towards youth empowerment and capacity building. Designing advocay tools and fast tracking their immmense participation in national development. I have also represented the youths of Sierra Leone on high profile meeting by given an overview of their situation. Presently, I'm working for SPW SL. An organization that precisely deliver Adolesecnt Sexual Reproductive Health Lesson in schools, Conductive high profile sensitization on HIV & AIDS , STI's, Teenage Pregnancy, Condom Use, Life Skills and Behaviour Change programmes in multi-literal communities.. SPW SL is working in 8 district and fifty chiefdoms in Sierra Leone. SPW SL organises community awareness raising campaign on health related subjects. HIV & AIDS awareness raising campaign among in and out of schools youths is one big component of our programme activitits. With my wealth of experince on HIV & AIDS with regards to youths has been the driven force that ignite me to JOIN the Global Youth Forum on HIV & AIDS. Youths in many part of the diaspora has been consistently marginalized. Policymakers fail to take into cognisance how productive they could be in term of national development. The youths are the power house, they are the cream of society, hope for the future and they form the bulk of the human resource capacity that any country could bost of. My motive on planet earth is to save and serve humanity. That is why i am very much please to work assideousely as i could to intensify the overriding objectives of GYC. HIV & AIDS has no barries and no traetment. It does not descriminate colour, race, tribe, religion and above all nationality. so we all need to fight it spread and limit it infection and affection accross the globe. If only and only, our huminity lies in our ability to mitigate positive change and then stop the unprecented spread of HIV & AIDS, The necessity to hamonize all efforts and inclusion of youths is paramount. Today, the figth for youths recognition should be promoted within all rank and file . They face the reality of life and suffered the consequence if not address. Its my singular honour and immense pleasure to call on civil society, NGO's, Policymakers and youths themselves to stand up for their right and address the issues of HIV & AIDS globaly. Thanks.
