About Me |
I was born in northern Uganda. I began to experience the terror and adversity of war when I was about five years old, during the regim of Idi Amin. When the army reached my village, Midigo, they began to massacre the people of my tribe. My family was forced to take refuge in southern Sudan.
against my will, I was taken by Arabic family ti Khartoum. By the age of six, I had learned how t survive and stay strong despite the horror of the situatin. I had to work to pay for my shelter and food and there was no place t seek help from. I endured extreme physical, and psychological trauma.
The traumatic experiences I had may have impacted my natural growth as a child or as a humanbeing or some part of my spirit may have been lost. However, there was a greater power inside me that protected my spirit from being broken and guided me to seek contentment within myself. It within myself. It brought awarness to my ability to change my situatin and situatin of my people.
Itis because of my own story that I have decided to become peae lover and compassion provider. I began to involve myself volunteering with and raising funds to help children affected by the current war and life long on going structural violence against peoole of northern Uganda in particula and the suffering of women and children in our global family. It was from this juncture my heart gave bith to my organization Peace For All International ( PFAI ) It was from here I began my dealing journey.
