As a Regional Youth Project Co-ordinator in Brabant wallon (Belgium), I like very much the pleasure of Event Management, the challenge of coaching youth initiatives, building Contcat Making Seminars (CMSes), or developping courses and trainings for youth workers. As a youth worker myself, I enjoy the fact of:
Bringing people together to make sens and reach some objectives,
And as a trainer, I like the fact of:
Using a whole series of original and demanding methods.
Making the people think about aims and objectives of their projects and ideas of projects
I did many regional, national and international training courses in youth work and children education.
As a trainer I already atteinded several Traing Coursrs in project management, Soho, intercultural learning, conflict management, personal developpement, Communication, Education and Civilisation, Citizenship, in Euromed Youth Projects, etc). I have a masters degree "Andragogy" or Elders education from UCL (Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve and a second masters degree as a movie Director from INSAS (Institut superieure des Arts de Spectacles)Belgium...
