 About Me |
We are ACCORD - a group of young people who are interested in music, espacially playing the guitars and singing. We are from Milomlyn - a small town in northern Poland. This place is very popular among the tourists but there are not any music schools. Therefore we decided to meet at the local community centre to organise some music lessons which are led by music instructor Marcin Stando. We use our own guitars, other musical equipment is available thanks to our instructor who gives us his private musical instruments. After months of music lessons we decided to organise music workshop for children from local schools who want to learn how to play the instruments and sing but they can not afford to buy music instruments and attend payable music lessons. Thus our project titled "Musical ABC" has appeared. We want to go to the local schools and we want to teach children to play the instruments and sing. At the end we are planning to organise carol concert for local community in order to show our musical skills and perform what children would learned during music lessons. In future we want to show these children how music festivals are held and take them to these places. We hope that our dreams come true soon.
