 About Me |
I am Amna Akram.I have done Masters in Anthropology from Quaid-i-Azam University,Islamabad(2000-2002).
Besides my training in socio-cultural issues i learnt number of skills during studies including qualitative research techniques, data collection,report writing etc.
After completion of my master studies i worked for 6 months in the Asia Foundation for Balochistan Safe Motherhood Initiative.I was mainly involved in impact assessment of the project.
Now i am working with Rozan,an NGO working on emotional health, Gender and Violence.
I am involved in YES campaign for last few months. Being YES managing representative in Islamabad i have formed YES management team. These days we are planning for some exciting acitivities which we will soon share with all network members.
